2. Upon receiving your design proof, please check to ensure that all information and spelling is correct.
IMPORTANT: We will not be responsible for any errors; once it is approved, we will produce it.
โ๏ธ If we don't get a response from you within 48 hours after mockup, we will consider it as approved; and we will produce & ship your item.

Please keep in mind that candles are made of natural wax, therefore, sometimes there might be some small surface imperfections or dents; this does not mean it is a defective product, or that it will affect the design on the candle.
